You deserve to live your best life
You don’t need to feel ‘broken’ or to be experiencing a mental health illness to benefit from counselling
My role as a counsellor is to provide people with a safe space to be able to share whatever is on their mind, without fear of judgment.
Some people need time to ‘vent’ and express their frustration to an independent person.
Others need an opportunity to feel truly seen and heard by someone.
My role is not to diagnose, medicate, advise or direct: I am simply there as a co-pilot, helping my clients to navigate a path forward by encouraging them to explore and develop their own inner wisdom and resources.
Clients can experience a great sense of liberation in exploring their inner worlds and taking the time to work on breaking down barriers that have been holding them back.
I use a variety of counselling modalities including person-centred therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution focused therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy.
I do not offer couple’s/relationship or family counselling.
