You deserve to live your best life

At the core of many issues often lies a deeper cause, which influences patterns of behaviour. Through the exploration of these patterns, I hope to assist clients to gain an understanding of their true selves, so they can implement positive changes to work towards living an authentic and fulfilling life.

You don’t need to feel ‘broken’ or to be experiencing a mental health illness to benefit from counselling

Perhaps you are experiencing rising stress levels, which is impacting on your behaviour. You may not be showing up for your family, friends and co-workers in the way that you want but feel unable to break the patterns of behaviour without help.

My role as a counsellor is to provide you with a safe space to be able to share whatever you are experiencing, without fear of judgment.

Some people find relief in ‘venting’ and expressing their frustration to an independent person.

Others need an opportunity to feel truly seen and heard by someone.

My role is not to diagnose, medicate, advise or direct: I am simply here as a co-pilot, helping you to identify what you need and exploring options to address this.

In addition to EFT, I use a variety of counselling modalities including person-centred therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution focused therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy.

Clients can experience a great sense of liberation in exploring their inner worlds and taking the time to work on breaking down barriers that have been holding them back.

As with any process for change, do not expect to come to one session and be ‘fixed’. Just like joining the gym, it takes time and work to create positive change. You are worth the investment.
